Chocobiscuit Ripple is a pourable hazelnut-chocolate variegato designed to be swirled or folded through freshly churned gelato bases. On extraction from the machine, the ripple creates defined, visually striking streaks of deep chocolate-hazelnut that customers can see in the display cabinet — a proven sales driver. The flavour is rich and indulgent with a slight biscuit finish.
This ripple is used together with our Chocobiscuit Ferrero Style flavouring or our Rocket Ferrero Style flavouring to create the most memorable customer experiences.
Compatible with vanilla, stracciatella, cream and fior di latte bases.
Available as a single 3.0kg tub or as a box of 2 for busier operations.
